The bonding between fabric and brass coated steel cord with rubber compound is conventionally done with Resorcinol and methylene compound, which has lot of disadvantages.

 

Considering the disadvantages of Resorcinol & HMMM/HMT  and its impact on environment and human health, AUROPOL developed non staining unique bonding system free of Resorcinol & HMMM/HMT resin.

 

The newly developed AUROBOND 825 provides excellent improvement of Adhesion value between fabric & coated steel cord with rubber compound against conventional bonding systems
